Shipping Policy 

All orders ship from our warehouse in Southgate, KY. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We only ship to valid addresses within the United States and US Territories that we are licensed to ship to.  Standard shipping is $2.00 for orders less than $75 and FREE shipping for orders over $75 (excluding Enlyte and Enbrace, which has a standard $7.95 shipping and handling charge).

For insulin and other refrigerated drugs, we ship via UPS Next Day Air which is already included in the price. We ship insulin and other refrigerated drugs Monday - Thursday to ensure timely, temperature controlled delivery. Prescription drugs and devices cannot be shipped until we have a valid, verified prescription on file as applicable.

For all other orders, you can expect the following shipping times. Please note that prescription items cannot be shipped until a valid, verified prescription is on file. Please add 1 to 2 business days for processing over-the-counter (OTC) orders and 3 to 4 business days for processing prescription orders:

  • For standard shipping, 100% Free Shipping, and Signature Confirmation delivery options (Standard Ground): 2 to 9 business days depending on your location.
  • 2-Day Shipping: Processing time + 2 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: Processing time + 1 business day

    Prescription Return Policy

    We are prevented by law from accepting returns for any prescription medication. For pet medication, your local veterinary office can often make use of the medication. If you need to dispose of any medication, please follow the steps in this link: Drug and Sharps Disposal Info

    Over the Counter Return Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You can return your non-prescription purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date, with no restocking fees.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
  • If there is a problem with your product, please don’t worry about sending it back to the manufacturer, we’ll take care of it for you.
  • For safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for refrigerated items (such as insulin).

    In the package, please include a note detailing the need for the return and contact information so we may reach you if there are any questions.  Most refunds are processed within 7 business days pending approval.
